Tendering with us
The quickest route to a price is drawings plus specification. Useful to include:
- Landscape architect's general arrangement and planting drawings
- Planting schedule and soft landscaping specification or NBS clauses
- Programme, or at least the target period for landscaping works
- Form of subcontract and payment terms
- Who is providing topsoil, and to what specification
- Who is responsible for watering during establishment
The last two are the items most often left undefined at tender stage and most often argued about afterwards.
